We are looking for a Business Model Transformation Executive (M/F/d) - based in Munich.

**The Impact You Will Have**
- Lead Business Model Transformation and steer AGCS's transformation agenda
- Analyze complex situations and provide impactful solutions aligned with Allianz's strategic pillars
- Align business capabilities with target BMP architecture functionality
- Align enterprise strategy to portfolio execution for Business Model Transformation
- Foster close relationships with other Allianz entities for joint Commercial platform

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**
- Devise strategy and approach for Business Model Transformation
- Lead virtual team to drive portfolio execution
- Roll-out Business Master Plan Commercial globally in alignment with priorities
- Identify economies of scale and leverage Business Master Platform assets
- Define roll-out principles to achieve added business value
- Develop and continuously improve Change Management approach
- Contribute to AGCS strategic priorities and collaborate with management
- Work with department heads to secure resources and manage demand
- Develop team capabilities and establish quality targets for deliverables

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- Project management experience for both small and large projects
- Change management expertise including stakeholder management and communication
- Consulting skills to understand customer needs and build business cases
- Strategic planning abilities to address important trends or changes
- Business process/analysis and insurance industry experience
- Cross-cultural and international work experience
- Degree in Business Administration or similar, with a preference for professional training qualifications.
