The Global Talent Management Team at Munich Re acts as a Center of Excellence that leads the conceptual design and continuous improvement of our global Talent Management Landscape across the globe.

As a Student Intern in our team, you will have the opportunity to be actively involved in shaping global HR project initiatives and strategies as well as supporting regional HR entities with the following topic areas: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Talent Programs and Learning & Leadership Development. We see you as an important part of the team by supporting our day-to-day business and wide range of projects. We empower you to take ownership of your development, show initiative and be responsible for your tasks and projects.

We are looking for a motivated, creative and open-minded Student Intern for a minimum of 6 months full-time paid internship. In exchange, you will be part of a great and supportive global team with many learning and development opportunities and exiting tasks.

**Your Job**
- Actively support the team in shaping strategic HR projects and driving global initiatives as well as supporting regional HR entities
- Collaborate with the team to create concepts and support projects by talking ownership of certain workstreams and topic areas
- Support communication & change activities by creating convincing content (presentations, storyboards, posts) for our internal and external communication channels
- Assist in updating our data management and reporting tools
- Conduct comprehensive research on current HR trends to help elevate our HR practices
- Support the recruiting and onboarding process of new Student Interns

**Your Profile**
- You are interested in an internship position for 6 months in full-time (37h/week) (requirement: enrollment in a university or a gap year and a valid work & residence permit).
- You have an academic background in economics, psychology, sociology, communication or a comparable field. Preferably you have already finished your Bachelor’s degree.
- You have the ability to work independently in hybrid and diverse teams and enjoy working on a variety of projects.
- You´re a quick learner, have an open and communicative nature and a hands on mentality with the capability to deliver results
- You have excellent communication & writing skills in English and German (native speaker in one of the languages preferred)
- You´re highly interested in Global HR processes, strategy & communication

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
