**What you will do**

As part of the team, you will acquire and coordinate forward-looking national and international research and development projects.

**What you bring to the table**
- You have successfully completed a scientific university degree (Master) in electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, communications engineering, physics or a comparable qualification.
- You have profound knowledge in RF engineering and electronic devices.
- You bring first experience in the field of device modeling, RF circuit design and RF dvice and circuit characterization.
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of using circuit simulation and 3D field simulation programs such as Keysight Advanced Design System (ADS), CST Microwave Studio, and Cadence Virtuoso.
- Ideally, you will have some experience with automatic data analysis software, such as Python or Matlab.
- Ideally, you will be familiar with acquiring and managing grant projects.
- Your ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new problems as well as an independent scientific working style distinguish you. Business fluent German and English, good teamwork and communication skills as well as enjoyment of experimental work complete your profile.**What you can expect**
