What to Expect
- Als Operations Coordinator arbeitest du funktionsübergreifend mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb eines Tesla-Standorts sicherzustellen, einschließlich der Lieferung von Fahrzeugen an neue Eigentümer.

Als Ansprechpartner/-in für den täglichen Betrieb wägst du die konkurrierenden Bedürfnisse interner Teams und der Kunden ab, verfolgst Fahrzeugvorbereitungen, kommunizierst Statusaktualisierungen und verbesserst die betriebliche Effizienz. Diese Position beinhaltet ein hohes Maß an Kunden
- und Mitarbeiterinteraktion.

What You’ll Do
- Du übernimmst die Koordination der täglichen Aufgaben im Bereich Sales & Delivery und führst entsprechende Dokumentationen
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams entwickelst du neue Vertriebspipelines und verbesserst diese kontinuierlich
- In der Organisation und Planung von Fahrzeugankünften, Fahrzeugbereitschaften und Auslieferungstagen basierend auf Volumen, bist du ein wesentlicher Bestandteil
- Du unterstützt die Manager an den jeweiligen Tesla Standorten in administrativen Aufgaben
- In deiner Rolle arbeitest du funktionsübergreifend mit anderen Teams, insbesondere mit Inside Sales & Delivery, Logistics, Service zusammen
- Du prüfst die Aufgabenerfüllung, Teamauslastung, Personalplanung und den Schulungsbedarf
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Managern gleichst du die Teamleistung mit den vorgegebenen KPIs ab, bewertest diese und führst Verbesserungsvorschläge an

What You’ll Bring
- Du besitzt sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, bringst Professionelle Erfahrung von mindestens 2-5Jahre in einem hoch dynamischen Umfeld mit und besitzt die Fähigkeit starke Arbeitsbeziehungen mit internen Stakeholdern und Kunden aufzubauen
- Mehrere Prioritäten effektiv zu handhaben, das eigene Arbeitspensum zu organisieren und Fristen einzuhalten stellen für dich kein Problem dar
- Du bist flexibel und hast die Fähigkeit komplexe Prozesse in einem sich stetig verändernden Umfeld anzupassen und neu zu organisieren
- Du besitzt umfangreiche Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, bist analytisch stark, kann sehr gut strukturiert und besitzt idealerweise ausgeprägte MS Office Kenntnisse sowie ein SQL Basisverständnis
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, in der englischen Sprache auf allen Ebenen effektiv zu kommunizieren, zu lesen und zu schreiben
- Du hast die Bereitschaft Außerordentliches zu leisten und die Flexibilität ggf. auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
