**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU**

As a member of the IT Operations team, you will be part of our tech organization and together we will continuously develop IT in our global company. The role includes responsibilities, such as providing IT equipment to our colleagues, troubleshooting various issues, and assisting with questions about IT services and processes on site. You will be based in Berlin, being part of our IT operations team that is cross-office located in Stockholm, Munich and Hamburg. You will always be supported by the rest of the team in daily work and improvements In this role you will also have the opportunity to develop yourself in different areas such as networking, programming and project management. You’ll have a lot of leeway to shape your own role and future

As a personality, we believe you are a doer, a skilled problem solver, and have a desire to take your own initiatives and make them happen. We also think you have a strong technical interest and are eager to develop further in that area. You're comfortable working in an environment where you can do both - work independently as well as an integral member of a business critical team.

**WHAT EXCITES YOU**
- Assisting our colleagues with IT related tasks and maintaining the IT environment.
- Procurement, inventory and installation of IT equipment
- Continuously improve our level of support across all of our offices
- Support, maintain and improve our systems and services
- Processing IT orders for our new and existing colleagues in the offices and vendor management

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- A degree in computer science or a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (M/F/d) in the field of system integration
- You’re confident in German and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of macOS, Windows, iOS, Android and Office365
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure
- Interest and understanding of hardware and network setups
- 0-2 years of professional experience in IT support

We are looking for someone to join our team on a full-time basis for our Berlin office, starting immediately. We are flexible with the starting date.
