Aufgaben
- Kundenakquise und Kundenpflege

Baue neue Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflege bestehende. Präsentiere unsere Dienstleistungen und entwickle durch strategische Bedarfsanalysen individuelle Strategien für die Gewinnung neuer Kunden in der Software
- und IT-Branche.
- Deals abschließen

Schließe erfolgreich Deals ab, indem du unsere bewährten Methoden anwendest. Setze neue Maßstäbe im Vertrieb und trage kontinuierlich zum Wachstum von VisionActive bei.
- Vertriebsteam aufbauen und führen

Baue ein leistungsstarkes Vertriebsteam auf und übernimm die Führung. Motiviere und entwickle dein Team, um gemeinsam herausragende Vertriebsergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Lead-Management

Qualifizierung und Bearbeitung von Leads. Du generierst und betreust Leads vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss und nutzt unsere bewährten Verkaufsskripte, um sofort erfolgreich zu sein.
Qualifikation
- Quereinsteiger willkommen: Du musst keine Vertriebserfahrung mitbringen, aber wenn du welche hast, ist das natürlich ein Plus.
- Kommunikationsfreude: Du bist offen, redegewandt und hast keine Scheu, auf Menschen zuzugehen.
- Ehrgeizig und ergebnisorientiert: Du liebst Herausforderungen und arbeitest zielstrebig daran, Erfolge zu erzielen.
- Lernbereitschaft: Du bist bereit, Neues zu lernen und dein Wissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern.
