**Your mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH (M/F/d)**

We're actively seeking a dedicated **Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH (M/F/d)** to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll develop essential skills such as cold calling, prospecting, pitching, qualification and discovery, understanding value propositions, and mastering product knowledge. Plus, there's a straightforward pathway to becoming a Sales Representative within our Inside Sales Team. As a SDR, you will play a pivotal role in our growth story.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Serving as the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries, showcasing your excellent communication skills and market expertise
- Qualifying and understanding prospects' businesses, identifying challenges in market research, and articulating how Appinio can provide tailored solutions
- Collaborating seamlessly across our global teams, ensuring the most appropriate leads are expertly handled, and always putting Appinio and the customer first
- Providing invaluable feedback to our Marketing team based on your interactions with inbound leads
- You will also handle outbound campaigns, targeting companies that the verticalised teams are not approaching - this will give you a real chance to develop into a great all-rounder

**You will thrive in this role if**
- You are a **native German speaker** and fluent in **English** (written and spoken)
- **You have acquired 1 year of sales/sales development experience** within the Market Research industry (strongly preferred)
- You possess exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, allowing you to confidently engage with senior individuals, both internal and external
- You possess excellent organizational skills, coupled with a diligent work ethic and acute attention to detail in every aspect of your work
