About the role:
As HR Director, Mobile Harbor Cranes & Strategic Projects you will provide HR guidance and expertise as strategic partner to the business unit Mobile Harbor Cranes in BA Port Solutions and will be involved in strategic projects for other Port Solutions BU’s, The HR Director develops and executes the people and talent strategy of the Mobile Harbor Cranes business unit in alignment with the business strategy. You will work closely together with BU head, the Mobile Harbor Cranes management team, BU/BA HR Port Solutions, Global Competence Centers and Regional/Country HR.

Business Unit Mobile Harbor Cranes

As HR Director you will belong to the management team of Mobile Harbor Crane (MHC), the HR Port Solutions HR team and you will report to the VP HR, Port Solutions.

You will:

- Develop a mid
- and long-term HR strategy and tactical HR action planning in alignment with the business and global HR strategy, allowing the business unit to achieve it’s strategic goals.
- Strengthen the Mobile Harbor Cranes culture with a focus on inclusive leadership, employee engagement, learning & development and DEI to set up an organisation for future success.
- Manage the people side of business projects, including integration and restructuring efforts, and provide change management support in these processes.
- Drive strategic workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and management team, balancing flexibility and stability required in our project driven organization.
- Help develop a future proof organization and ensure the retention of key talent and development of key competencies.
- Recruitment and selection of BU management team members reporting to the BU Head.
- Facilitate, coach and support the BU leaders and management teams in performance management processes.
- Lead and execute the global talent management processes for Mobile Harbor Cranes, supported by the global talent team.
- Leadership development, coach and provide guidance to the management team regarding people topics as they arise.
- Provide input to Konecranes Rewards team to ensure the organization remains an attractive employer. Ensure that job levelling within the business unit is done in a fair and consistent manner, in collaboration with global HR, and that the KC job architecture accurately reflects the hierarchy of jobs and roles within the organization and supports career development and growth.
- Support the Mobile Harbor Cranes management team in running the annual harmonized salary review and TPP processes.
- The collection and analysis of HR data and KPI's to influence decision making.

- 5+ years experience as HR business partner preferably in OEM or technology company
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Analytical skills
- Fluent German speaker and fluency English language
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
