Marketing and Communication Specialist (d/f/m) - DHL Consulting

With more than 130 consultants working out of three offices in Germany, Singapore, and the USA, we work on assignments from all over the globe. Our office in Bonn, Germany employs 100 management consultants from all over the world. Since our company language is English, almost half of our team are internationals.

**Who you'll work with**:
Please know that this opportunity is a hybrid position. All team members are based close to the office location and decide together on the work mode which suits them best. The position is based in Bonn.

**What you'll do**: Develop and execute creative marketing and employer branding campaigns to promote our brand and support our hiring initiatives Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts. Manage social media channels and develop engaging content to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results. Create and enhance high-quality videos and capture photographs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva to create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus. 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on creative writing, video development and editing, photography, and design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and/or Illustrator. Fluency in English with exceptional writing and communication skills. Strong affinity for social media platforms and demonstrated first experience in managing social media accounts for business purposes. Experience with paid advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. What we offer:
