In unserem 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin dreht sich alles um das Thema Großstadtdschungel. Von unserer spektakulären Dachterrasse schaust du direkt in den Zoologischen Garten und siehst die Wahrzeichen Berlins. Es erwartet dich ein inspirierender Arbeitsplatz, an dem sowohl deine fachlichen Stärken als auch deine Soft Skills geschätzt werden. Wir legen Wert auf eine gute Zusammenarbeit, Offenheit und gegenseitigen Respekt.

Der F&B Coordinator sorgt dafür, dass die F&B Abteilungen alles haben, was sie für das operative Geschäft brauchen und kümmert sich gemeinsam mit dem F&B Direktor und den Abteilungsleitern um die administrativen Abläufe.

Mitarbeiter, die etwas draufhaben, bekommen etwas obendrauf. Und zwar mehr als 25 starke Extras zusätzlich zum Gehalt
- Arbeite als Vollzeit Team Member bei vollem Lohnausgleich an nur 4 Tagen - eine Schicht dauert 9 Stunden

So machst du unser Haus zu etwas Besonderem
- Du sorgst für korrekte Abrechnungen und saubere administrative Abläufe
- Du wirkst bei der Budgeterstellung mit und hast ein Auge auf die Auswertungen und Analysen im F&B Bereich
- Du unterstützt beim Bestellwesen und der optimalen Warenwirtschaft und springst ein, wenn einer der Kollegen aus dem Einkauf oder Restaurant im Urlaub ist
- Als gelernter Gastronom verlierst du nie den Überblick, auch wenn ein Projekt das nächste jagt
- Du unterstützt die operativen Abteilungen falls notwendig und bist immer zur Stelle, wenn’s mal wo brennt

Deine Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit sind das gewisse Etwas
- Du hast Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Rolle und bist leidenschaftlicher F&B’ler
- Du hast Spaß Dinge auszuprobieren und unkonventionelle Wege zu gehen
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und deine EDV Kenntnisse sprechen für dich
- Du bist ein Macher - und gibst offen zu, wenn du mal was falsch gemacht hast
- Du bringst nicht nur dein Können mit, sondern auch deinen Charakter
