Project Execution Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordination of the execution phase of sales orders and projects at Utility scale;
- Order Management from order acceptance until delivery and payment of the goods
- Close collaboration with the relevant internal departments (Sales, Finance, Legal, Tech, Logistics) and with customer's counterparts;
- Communication directly with customers on all the issues relating to their orders and shipments;
- Support the sales managers in the pre-sales phase, following up with tenders documentation, front sales proposals, sales negotiations, internal contracts reviews and facilitating the internal flow of information with the internal departments;
- Maintain close relationship and communication with existing Key Accounts to understand their needs and establishing customer excellence;
- Identify new business leads and opportunities;
- Ensure effective reporting of all activities related to the managed accounts to the Line
- Manager on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis;
- Represent the company in local and national exhibitions and conferences;
- Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking and technical and financial market requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years previous experience within a similar role in an international company, ideally in the solar energy sector;
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce), a ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel;
- Good attitude to work within a dynamic and multi-cultural team across Europe;
- Good negotiation and communication skills;
- Strong bias for customer satisfaction;
- Self-motivated and able to effectively manage your time especially during the quarter end periods;
- Proactive, problem solver and passionate in the approach to the industry
- Flexible to travel occasionally to exhibitions and meetings with customers together with Sales Managers

**Language**: Fluent in English and German, any additional European language is a plus.
