**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du baust ein schlagkräftiges Team auf und übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teamleiter und Mitarbeitenden
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das serielle Planen (Generalplanung) von Wohnbauprojekten
- Du generierst für jedes Projekt sämtliche Daten für die Produktionswerke und alle notwendigen Planungsdaten für die weiteren Gewerke
- Du definierst mit dem Vorstand ideale Planungsprozesse für die serielle Planung (bis zu 80 Projekte pro Jahr) und steuerst die kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Optimierung der Prozesse
- Neben der Ausarbeitung optimaler Arbeitsprozesse bist Du zuständig für die Planung und Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
- Du entwickelst entsprechende KPIs und übernimmst betriebswirtschaftliche und kaufmännische Aufgaben

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (M.Sc. / Dipl.Ing.) Studium im Bauingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau, Schlüsselfertigbau, Bauprozessmanagement, Baukonstruktion oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, Planung, Produktion und Realisierung von schlüsselfertigen Gebäuden oder als Projektleiter bzw. -manager in der Generalplanung (LP1-8) von komplexen Projekten im mehrgeschossigen Wohnungsbau
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung mit der BIM-Methodik und entsprechenden Softwaretools
- Du beherrschst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
