Currently we are looking for a **Head of Merchandise Planning (M/F/x)** to support our Merchandise team in Berlin.
**Your responsibilities**:
- You develop and implement strategic merchandise plans aligned with company goals and objectives
- You will create a seasonal range plan, aligned with the key stakeholders
- You define buying, planning and pricing strategies based on customer preferences, market trends and competitive analysis
- You collaborate with buying, marketing as well as CPO & CFO to ensure seamless execution of merchandise plans
- You monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- You define and own the Merchandising KPI's aligned to the wider business strategy
- You lead, mentor, and develop the merchandise planning team
**Our requirements**:
- You bring 8+ years of professional experience in assortment and merchandise planning, ideally in the fashion sector and have some experience in leadership
- You ideally have experience in the end-to-end process of Collection Creation
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make strategic recommendations
- You describe yourself as detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- You are creative in the development of new solutions and have a strong ability to assert yourself
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and speak English on a professional level
