**The Role**:
As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and effectively position our company in the markets of Europe, Asia, and the US. Reporting directly to the C-Level, you will lead our international talented marketing team (almost 40-person marketing team), consisting of several units (Brand & Communication, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, MarTech) for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively position LucaNet and its offerings to financial executives and professionals, including CFOs and Finance Managers. **What you'll do**:

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of our SaaS Financial CPM solutions among target customers.
- Oversee and performance of all lead generation programs including content MarTech tools, event marketing, strategy, creative development, ABM, sales intent and project management.
- Collaborate closely with e.g. Revenue (Sales), Customer Excellence, Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs and synergy across departments.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to maximize their potential and drive results.
- Drive thought leadership and establish our company as a trusted advisor and industry leader in the SaaS Financial CPM space.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target market and drive international marketing initiatives, considering regional dynamics, cultural nuances, and market trends to effectively penetrate the European, Asian, and US markets
- Utilize digital marketing strategies and channels to maximize LucaNet´s online presence and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, tradeshows, and digital initiatives, to increase brand awareness and generate pipeline.
- Leverage analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, optimize performance, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver measurable ROI on marketing investments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in SaaS Financial CPM, and drive innovation within the marketing function.
- You will have the opportunity to work remotely and/or at one of our locations in Germany.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Vice President Marketing or similar senior marketing leadership role within the SaaS industry, ideally in the CPM space.
- Proven track record of experience in developing and building up a modern SaaS marketing department, including implementing MarTech solutions, utilizing growth marketing strategies, and managing P&L to deliver best-in-class results.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing marketing teams, preferably in an international and decentralized environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to make data-driven marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and channels, including Brand & Communication, Product Marketing, Demand Generation etc..
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing approaches to differentiate our company in the market.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across departments.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the SaaS CPM landscape, market trends, and customer needs.
- Fluent in English.
