Von Null auf 100 - AUTODOC hat sich seit der Unternehmensgründung im Jahre 2008 bis heute als Europas führender Onlinehändler für Autoersatzteile etabliert und ist als solcher in 27 Ländern aktiv. Mit einem starken Kundenfokus und einer bedarfsgerechten Sortimentszusammenstellung mit derzeit rund 4 Mio. Produkten von 1400 Herstellern für 166 Automarken verfolgen wir das Ziel, diesen Erfolgskurs beizubehalten, uns stetig zu verbessern und unsere Marktposition weiter auszubauen. **What we’re looking for**:
An unserem Berliner Standort direkt am Kurfürstendamm suchen wir einen Vice President (w/m/d) für unsere Finanzabteilung. Du bist für die Bereiche Accounting, Reporting und Tax zuständig, dabei berichtest du direkt an unseren CFO.

**Aufgaben**
- Verantwortung für Group Accounting, Tax und Reporting nach IFRS und für die damit verbundenen Prozesse an allen Standorten
- Steuerung der kontinuierlichen Entwicklung und Implementierung eines zukunftsorientierten, konsistenten und transparenten Rechnungswesens
- Proaktive und enge Abstimmung mit Controlling und Treasury sowie
externen Schnittstellen wie Wirtschaftsprüfern und externen Dienstleistern
- Erstellen und Koordinieren des monatlichen, vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Abschlusses
- Präsentation der Unternehmensergebnisse vor der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Gremien
- Unterstützung des Transformationsprozesses von AUTODOC
- Mitverantwortung für die Auswahl und Implementierung von relevanten IT
Systemen in enger Abstimmung mit der globalen IT
- Sonderprojekte wie z.B. ERP-Projekte, Implementierung von neuen IFRS
Standards, etc.

**Qualifikationen**
- Mind. 12 Jahre Erfahrung als Finanzmanager mit einer nachweislichen Erfolgsbilanz in leitenden Positionen im Finance / Accounting / Group Reporting in einem börsennotierten und internationalen Unternehmen
- Starke Führungserfahrung und nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Entwicklung und dem Aufbau von Finanz
- und Buchhaltungsteams
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Tax, Group Accounting und Reporting nach IFRS und den damit verbundenen bereichs
- und standortübergreifenden Prozessen
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegungsstandards nach IFRS und HGB
- Erfahrung im Change Management, dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von IFRS-Prozessen und Kapitalmarktanforderungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit moderner Konsolidierungssoftware
- Fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (C1)
- Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
