**About The Role and the Team**:
If you are customer-focused, operational, analytical, build significant relationships, and have an ownership approach, we would love to hear from you eBay’s Authentication team is tasked with ensuring eBay is the world’s leading online marketplace to buy and sell authentic luxury goods, including sneakers, watches and handbags, with more to come. The team is passionate about ensuring buyer trust, elevating the eBay brand, and improving conversion and sales price for sellers.

**What You Will Accomplish**
- Run the day-to-day warehouse operations
- Lead all aspects of and grow the authentication & warehouse teams
- Continuously improve the process flow
- Work closely with our external partners
- Collaborate on a daily basis with eBay's cross-functional teams
- Oversee security, health & safety, and other standards are kept in warehouse and tested regularly
- Design, handle and improve SLA reporting - monitor performance, report out on it weekly, identify improvements by working with partner and cross functional teammates
- Proactively find opportunities to improve the customer experience through working closely with eBay’s product, partnerships, logistics and more
- Identify future opportunities to drive cost efficiencies across the authentication process
- Surface and rectify issues by working with our internal customer service teams
- Budget tracking - run PO payment to vendors, track against allocated budget and report out monthly on status
- Support development of eBay’s overarching authentication strategy

**What You Will Bring**:

- 7+ years of prior warehouse management experience
- Strong people manager
- Analytical and problem-solving skills ability to research and address concerns
- Flexibility to handle evolving work-flows and responsibilities
- Strong operational track record
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of standard operating systems, word processing, spreadsheets, Slack, etc.
- Prior authentication experience is preferable
- Excellent decision-making skill with an interest in identifying, prioritizing, and articulating the highest impact initiatives
- Very detail oriented and organized
- Strong teammate and executor
- Process efficiency - proactively look for ways to improve operations
- Ability to work independently to hit goals
- Customer focussed Retail / eCommerce experience a plus
