**GAME ARTIST**:
Als Game Artist bist du für die Gestaltung von virtuellen Charakteren, Gegenständen und Spielewelten zuständig. Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten in der Kunst des Modellierens und Zeichnens, sowie der Computervisualisierung durch 2D/3D-Modelling, Texturierung und Animation. Die von dir erstellten Charaktere und Gegenstände werden mit Hilfe einer Game-Engine in der Spielewelt zum Leben erweckt.

**Das Diploma besteht aus folgenden Einzelkursen**:
**Computergrafiker**: 1. Halbjahr: Du montierst Bilder und entwirfst Layouts, gestaltest Logos, Visitenkarten und Broschüren. Dabei arbeitest du mit professionellen Grafikprogrammen und lernst die Grundlagen von Farbsystemen und Typografie. Du stellst Bilder frei und erzeugst PDF-Dateien für verschiedene Anwendungen.

**User Interface Designer**: 1. Halbjahr: Hier steht das Nutzererleben im Vordergrund. Du schaffst es, Usability und Look & Feel in Einklang zu bringen und schaffst für den User einen intuitiven Einstieg und Umgang in die entwickelten Anwendungen. Die von dir erarbeiteten grafischen User-Interfaces (GUI) bindest du in Spiele und Anwendungen ein.

**3D-Designer**: 2. Halbjahr: Du lässt Bilder zu dreidimensionalen Körpern werden und hauchst Animationen Leben ein. Nutze die Möglichkeiten von Modellierungsprogrammen, erstelle eigene 3-D-Grafiken und präge die Atmosphäre eines Computerspiels oder Animationsfilms.

**Character Designer**: 2. Halbjahr: Mit Schatten & Rigging werden deine Charaktere und Umgebungen noch realistischer in ihrer Erscheinung und Animation. Du erweiterst deine Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf Texturing & Skinning und erzeugst damit professionelle 3D-Modelle.

**VFX Artist**: 3. Halbjahr: Du gestaltest dynamische Effekte wie Feuer, Explosionen, Rauch, Nebel, Wasser und Verformungen von Formen und Oberflächen unter Berücksichtigung physikalischer Gesetzmäßigkeiten.

**Technical Artist**: 3. Halbjahr: Du fügst alle Einzelteile in einer Game-Engine zusammen und gestaltest so die verschiedenen Level deines Spiels. Dabei kümmerst du dich nicht nur um das Asset Management sondern erzeugst die ersten spielbaren Prototypen.

**Aufbau / Dauer**: Die Dauer der Ausbildungsgänge richtet sich nach der Anzahl der benötigten Einzelkurse. Die Laufzeit jedes Einzelkurses beträgt jeweils ein Halbjahr. Einzelkurse, die nicht aufeinander aufbauen, können parallel belegt werden. So ist es möglich, einzelne Ausbildungsgänge als Teil
- oder Vollzeit-Ausbildung zu absolvieren.

Kursbelegung in Teilzeit: 6 Halbjahre.

Kursbelegung in Vollzeit: 3 Halbjahre.

**Studiengebühren**: Deine Praxis-Ausbildung kannst du bereits ab 75;
- € im Monat finanzieren. Die Studiengebühren können monatlich oder semesterweise bezahlt werden. Bei kompletter Vorauszahlung aller Studiengebühren kannst du bis zu 20% sparen.
