**Job Profile**:
As a Junior Creative Producer at Journee, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, design, and launch of Immersive Experience experiences. You will collaborate with a team of artists, designers, and programmers to create engaging and interactive content for an Immersive Experience platform. Additionally, you will manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. You must have a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends in virtual and augmented reality, as well as a creative eye for developing immersive experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the development, design, and launch of Immersive Experience projects.
- Collaborate with a team of artists, designers, and programmers to create engaging and interactive content for an Immersive Experience platform.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in virtual and augmented reality.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to the team to ensure that projects meet the needs and goals of Journee.
- Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executives, to ensure that projects meet the needs and goals of Journee.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall creative vision of Journee.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Game Design, Interactive Media, or Computer Science.
- 1+ years of experience in creative production, game design, or related fields.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D design software and tools.
- Understanding of the latest technologies and trends in virtual and augmented reality.
- Creative eye for developing immersive experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
