**Your tasks**:

- Own the product KPIs and related commercial KPIs of the Games business
- Foster regular exchange with all relevant stakeholders and be the interface to the Product organization and functions (such as Marketing, Development Teams, Legal...)
- Be responsible for the portfolio management for Games & Scratch Cards (Sourcing, Integration, LiveOps)
- Lead the development of new Games internally and with external partners
- Manage outsourcing for our Game Development

**What you offer us**:

- Experience in a Producer or Project Manager role in iGaming, Social Casino, Free2play or related industries/roles
- Experience in Product Strategy especially regarding Product Market Fit and growth tactics
- Proven track record of multiple game productions from ideation to live operations
- Passion for games
- Solid knowledge of the games (competitor's) landscape and products would be a plus
- Experience working in an agile environment including stakeholder management (e.g. of central functions) would be a plus
- Knowledge of taking KPI-driven decisions, prioritizing production items, and managing a portfolio of games/services
- Self-starter mentality and flexibility in your daily work
- Experience with offer systems and loyalty programs is a plus
