**Join us as a Product Strategist Vehicle Concepts (M/F/d) in our Product Strategy team on a shared journey that matters**:
The MOIA Product Strategy team ensure that MOIA develops the right products to sustainably change the urban mobility ecosystem.

We do this through: Concepts, Complexity & Uncertainty Handling. Market and Competitive Analyses & Mobility Simulations (ranging from detailed product features to holistic urban mobility scenarios).

**What you will do**:

- As a team within the product department of MOIA we are shaping the product strategy along the entire value chain. Your dedication will be the vehicle focused input guiding the organisation e.g. in selecting external partners, define vehicle requirements or prioritise product evaluations. Your main attention will be on autonomous vehicles as integration within MOIA has started.
- Lead our vehicle-specific topics in the MOIA strategy with a focus on autonomous vehicles
- Define vehicle requirements by interpretation of existing knowledge within our organisation and by development of research topics
- Evaluate market solutions and identify brand and company fit to us
- Cooperate with different vehicle providers, stakeholder management
- Strategic orientation derived from observation of the legal situation, public transport tenders, customers

- Good technical understanding (must be able to talk and evaluate with the engineers)
- Understanding of the market (how and in what direction is the market developing - why are the competitors doing what, who can I talk to)
- Entrepreneurial thinking (what is our value, where do we want to develop further)
- Prioritize, decide and assertiveness
- Can convince and adapt to stakeholders, take perspectives and speak their language, networking
- Facilitation Skills
- Healthy curiosity, desire for change and creative drive
