Der Sparkassen Innovation Hub ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für FinTechs innerhalb der Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Wir verfolgen das Ziel, gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern innovative Allfinanz-Lösungen für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu gestalten. Dabei nutzen wir unser breites Netzwerk und die Finanzkraft der S-Finanzgruppe.

Als **Innovation Strategist (m/w/d)** bist du Teil eines interdisziplinären Teams, um kreative Lösungskonzepte für die Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe (SFG) und dazu passende Geschäftsmodelle zu entwickeln oder weiterzuentwickeln. Du begleitest unseren Innovationsprozess von der Themenfindung bis zur Konkretisierung und identifizierst Themen mit Geschäftspotenzial. Du baust ein Netzwerk mit potenziellen Umsetzungspartnern auf und stellst die Lösungsideen des S-Hubs unseren Stakeholdern vor. Du besuchst Konferenzen und Networkingevents, um das Unternehmen zu vertreten und neue Kontakte zu knüpfen.

Deine Aufgaben:
**Vision & Strategy**

Du hast das Big Picture im Auge und bewertest Themen, Ideen und Konzepte in Bezug auf ihre Relevanz für die SFG. Du analysierst die Konkurrenz, um zu verstehen, wer unsere Wettbewerber sind und was sie ihren Kund:innen bieten. Du identifizierst potenzielle Risiken und Chancen, um fundierte Entscheidungen zur Weiterentwicklung der Lösungskonzepte zu treffen.

**Ideation & Storytelling**

Du begleitest unseren Product Discovery-Prozess und entwickelst kreative Ideen, um identifizierte Bedürfnisse unserer Kund:innen zu erfüllen. Du arbeitest kontinuierlich an der inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Lösungskonzepte unter Berücksichtigung der UX-/UI- und Business-Perspektive. Du erstellst Businesspläne, die als Grundlage für Entscheidungen dienen und den strategischen Fit mit der SFG berücksichtigen.

**Impact & Business**

Du erstellst aussagekräftige Entscheidungsvorlagen, die es den Entscheidungsträgern ermöglichen, Projekte fundiert zu bewerten und zu genehmigen. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Lösungskonzepte reibungslos in die Umsetzungsprozesse der SFG integriert werden, um den Erfolg zu gewährleisten.

**Lobbying & Networking**

Du kämpfst für unsere entwickelten Ideen und Konzepte und findest Wege, die Umsetzung voranzutreiben. Du präsentierst in Gremien und auf Events und überzeugst unsere Stakeholder. Du verzahnst dich in der Organisation, um stets auf dem aktuellen Stand zu bleiben

Dein Profil:

- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Innovationsarbeit, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder hast einen Design-Hintergrund mit Führungs
- und Projektmanagementerfahrung
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Bank, Digital-Agentur oder einem Konzern
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Innovationsmanagement und Design Thinking
- Du fühlst dich in agilen Arbeitsmethoden zu Hause und bist stark in der Selbstorganisation
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Abstimmung mit externen und internen Stakeholdern.
- Von deiner Arbeit und unserem Vorgehen überzeugen macht dir Spaß
- Idealerweise kennst Du Dich innerhalb der Sparkassen Finanz Gruppe bereits aus, kennst die Stakeholder, dessen Aufgaben und Beziehungen zueinander
- Innovationen, Trends und Technologien begeistern Dich im täglichen Leben und du hast keine Angst vor neuen Tools
