Manage all platform R&D technical activities for the High Voltage eAxle platform, which is a critically important contribution to the competitiveness and success of our eAxle products. Synchronize the development activities with all stakeholders.

Make sure state of the art resources and competences are available.

He/she reports to the Platform Director. He /she manages a group of Project Technical Managers (PTM)

Manage all R&D technical activities:
- Manage Project Technical Managers and ensure project Objectives for P1/P2/P3 are reached and project deliverables are validated on time- Prepare project reviews for decision making during Project Management Committee- Spokesperson for customers in all technical matters- Provides technical leadership in directing the efforts of cross-functional project team in the development and release of all relevant project deliverables in compliance with the product development process and customer / market expectations.- Support of P1 Teams, during RFQ steps and during development when collaboration is required- Optimize the organization of the R&D Teams in his platform- For the Processes, Methods and Tools which are needed use the available Group and BG ones and propose / maintain the specific one- Is in charge of training deployment and warranty support- Build and follow-up Platform R&D budget- Ensure development of the platform standards and their implementation- Identify potential synergies with other product platforms (for technology needs for instance)- Ensure IP protection- Define technical strategies for developing required standards (generations, variants) according to platform roadmaps

Make sure state of the art resources and competences are available:
- With the Engineering Discipline manager ensure availability of the appropriate resources- With the knowledge manager ensure that tools are available to capitalize and share the know-how- With the RAISE manager ensure the standard tools are existing and properly used- With the Efficiency Manager ensure continuous improvement of the performances

**Requirements**:
- min. 5 years experience in Automotive industry- Engineering degree- Technical expertise in electrical drive trains and their functions- min. 5 years experience in Project or Production launches- Proven track record of completing complicated tasks with little to no supervision or direction- Experienced in the management of projects encompassing internal and external teams- Good communication skills and collaborative mindset
