**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In your new role as Head of Solution Architects (f/m/d) you will be responsible for a diverse team of highly skilled Solution Architects, who are responsible for the development of technical solutions within our projects based on Grid Solutions portfolio (HVDC, Grid Access and FACTS) and business strategy.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Contribute to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes, and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance
- Encourage and inspire the adoption of new approaches and ways of working
- Plan, budget, and assign department resources according to Bid Management priorities
- Close cooperation with Tender and Sales to derive and complete offer strategies and define technical solutions
- Alignment with R&D departments to bring innovations to market

**What You Bring**
- Completed university degree in a technical field, preferably in electrical engineering
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the area of HVDC, Grid Access or FACTS
- Strong management skills and high proficiency in planning tools
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Leadership, Management, Networking, Change Manager, People Development
- Good (virtual) teammate and networker and have excellent Partner management skills
