**Ihre Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Als Specialist für Process development and Standardization sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung globaler Prozessstandards für die Planung von komplexen Fertigungsprozessen und Einrichtungen
- Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung von verschiedenartigen Planungstools für die Planung komplexer Produktionsanlagen
- Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Erarbeitung und Implementierung von Standards, inklusive Planung und Durchführung von Trainings von Mitarbeitern im Produktionsumfeld
- Die Weiterentwicklung und Definition von Prozessstandards in Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen Prozessexperten werden durch Sie vorangetrieben
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Durchführung von MTM- und Wertstrom-Analysen, sowie der Durchführung von Mock-Up Workshops in der Projektkonzeptphase mit Als zuständiger Specialist for Process development and Standardization verantworten Sie die Leitung und Moderation von Problem Solving Projekten im Produktionsumfeld unter Anwendung der notwendigen Tools und übernehmen Verantwortung für termingerechte Umsetzung der definierten Maßnahmen**Ihre Fähigkeiten und Stärken**
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich der Produktionsplanung, sowie eine MTM-Ausbildung, bevorzugt UAS
- Sie profitieren von Erfahrung in globalen Projekten und im Austausch
- Des Weiteren haben Sie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Koordinationsfähigkeit
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Practical Problem Solving, Lean production, SMED und Continuous Improvement, sowie im Bereich SixSigma
- Kenntnisse von APIS FMEA sind von Vorteil
- Eine wirtschaftliche und unternehmerische Denkweise, sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie verfügen über eine hohe Flexibilität, Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie zielorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Außerdem sind Sie bereit bestehende Prozesse neu aufzusetzen
- Sie sind reisebereit innerhalb Europas
