**Tasks**

The Process Management Finance Operations team for Data Management and Key Account Sales Controlling is responsible for setting up and implementing an effective, efficient and constantly evolving Finance Operations organization within the Finance division with a focus on data management (data steward and data processes), as well as accounting, sales and cost controlling. During your internship, we offer you the opportunity to actively contribute your ideas and commitment and to independently drive forward sub-projects. You will work on a variety of strategy and project topics in which we identify and optimize existing processes and develop new solutions for efficient business processes together with our business partners in Controlling, Accounting and IT. We are also in close contact with our Global Business Services partners in Germany and abroad.

During your internship, we offer you a trusting working atmosphere in which you are a fully-fledged member of our team or our international project team and support us in a variety of strategic, project and conceptual tasks. The start date of the internship can be chosen individually.

Your tasks in detail:

- Collaboration in the strategic development of a centralized information ownership and an international data steward hub for global actual financial figures (record to report), taking into account efficiencies, synergies and data transparency. In addition to documentation, this also includes collaboration in the development of new working models and processes
- Preparation of presentation documents for top management and other relevant committees, as well as the preparation of decision papers
- Recording of actual processes, identification of optimization potentials and development of system-supported target processes for operations in the sense of bundling standardization and automation Introduction and stabilization of target processes in existing as well as newly developed system solutions and working models
- Support in the key account role for global sales controlling at headquarters. In addition to the joint optimization of operational business processes, this also includes coordination with project members of other work packages and contacts from the Global Business Service network
- Identification of action requirements in the project and coordination with our business partners, the Global Business Service network and other project teams

**Qualifications**
- Degree course in the field of business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or comparable
- IT skills: Confident handling of MS-Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), good basic understanding of data processing.
- Language skills: Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- Personal skills: Commitment and ability to work in a team, ability to work conceptually, analytical thinking, ability to work independently, flexibility
