**Tasks**

Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG offers financing, leasing, vehicle subscriptions and rentals, fleet management, digital charging and payment services, insurance brokerage and innovative mobility services

Our FS/RH department is responsible for accounting and ensuring the bookkeeping and accounting processes for the Mercedes-Benz Bank Group and Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH. In addition, we are supporting the further development of Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH and are looking for employees (f/m/d) for the further development and operation of the accounting system and process landscape for this exciting and challenging project.

The following tasks await you:

- Collaboration in the process design, development, implementation and operation of accounting/financial reporting processes at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH
- Supporting the further development of the contract management system at Mercedes-Benz Leasing Deutschland GmbH
- Ensuring the complete mapping of accounting-relevant issues in the SAP template
- Active participation in project management (defining the scope, ensuring specific requirements, documentation, preparation and implementation of quality gates, status reporting)
- Coordination and communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration

**Qualifications**

Ideally you have the following:

- A degree in economics with a focus on accounting/controlling or a comparable course of study
- Knowledge of SAP
- Understanding of processes in the preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements
- Good knowledge of the legal framework for accounting (HGB) and international accounting standards
- Knowledge of the implementation and documentation of tests is advantageous
- Experience in the area of method, process and system design for accounting and controlling-relevant business processes

- Strong analytical, interdisciplinary and integrative thinking and acting in an international environment
- Interest in project work and knowledge of project management
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a target group-oriented manner
- Intercultural competence and teamwork
