**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As Head of Procurement Performance Controlling, you will be business partner for three Business Areas of Siemens Energy and the Corporate Commodity Management Organization for Direct Material. As a business partner you are acting as challenger and service provider for your stakeholders to support the procurement organization in successfully driving the business.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Be a curious leader, eager to constantly challenge the status quo and drive the transformation of Siemens Energy Procurement Controlling
- Experienced in leading international teams in a virtual environment
- Willing to gain deep insights in the business as basis for the identification of improvement measures
- Have a broad knowledge in procurement controlling, familiar with the key procurement performance indicators and productivity management (Cost Out) programs to successfully support the procurement organization
- Used to closely interact with stakeholders from different functions
- Able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- We consider very good project management and MS office skills to be self-evident

**What You Bring**
- Master’s degree in business administration or comparable
- A broad knowledge in procurement controlling and are familiar with the key procurement performance indicators
- Lead an international team of procurement controlling experts
- Deputy of Procurement Controlling Head of SE
- Further development of business partner concept for all procurement controlling activities with business areas and Strategic Procurement
- Foster target achievement on procurement focus areas (Productivity, Business Proximity, Functional Excellence and Supply Chain Resilience) by providing data transparency and derive improvement measures
- Drive digitalization and automation in procurement controlling
- Execution and coordination of all Procurement Controlling avtivites in business areas (FY Planning, Monthly Closing etc.) in alignment with Procurement Head’s
- Actively drive controlling related best practice exchange and know how sharing across procurement function and ensure and drive improvement of data excellence
