**Your Tasks**:
The Procurement Team Logistics Services within Procurement Indirects at Beiersdorf Group is an international team of Global Category Managers covering spend categories for Logistic Services, e.g. Warehousing, Inbound Transportation, Outbound Transportation, Seafreight, Airfreight. The team is located in Hamburg, Shanghai and Sao Paulo and is responsible to steer the Procurement of demands in these categories on Global scale working together with the Management Units, Production Centers and the Regions. As the Head of the Procurement Logistics Services team you lead the team and steer Procurement in a very dynamic market environment requiring high levels of agility whilst pursuing the realization of strategic targets. You report into the Global Director Indirects Procurement.

**Your tasks include**:

- Definition, alignment and deployment of strategy for the Procurement Logistics Services Team including the accountability for the category strategies
- Partnering with the business on local, regional and global level through the alignment of targets, roadmaps and priorities
- Accountability for the proper execution of the Procurement process including the supervision of negotiations of global conditions with suppliers (prices, TCO, payment terms, quality levels etc.)
- Managing supplier relationships targeting at competitive advantages for Beiersdorf
- Management of performance of spend in the area of responsibility including target alignments and setting, monitoring and initiation of corrective actions as required
- Driving development and implementation of processes to identify, monitor and mitigate risks within area of responsibility
- Drive development and implementation of activities contributing to the company´s sustainability roadmap
- Drive process development with regards to standardization, efficiency, automation, digitalization
- Safeguarding compliance with legal requirements, Beiersdorf Procurement and non-Procurement procedures, as well as compliant use and maintenance of data in all relevant systems within area of responsibility
- Drive the organizational development within the area of responsibility
- Build, manage and develop an engaged team of Procurement professionals

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or other relevant major
- Several years of work experience in relevant industries and ideally experience with Logistics Services
- Proven Strengths in Leadership, Business Partnering, Change Management
- Professional experiences in Procurement
- Oustanding communication skills
- Cross functional experience as well as international experience are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, proven ability in strategic thinking,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, e-tendering, S2C-/P2P processes
- Fluent English is mandatory, German is very helpful as well as other languages
