Sie sind dem zentralen Controlling zugeordnet und fungieren als Business Partner für Global Procurement, um finanzielle Transparenz über Beschaffungsmaßnahmen und Kosteneinsparungsinitiativen zu schaffen und das operative Performance Management zu unterstützen.

Die Hauptaufgaben in dieser Position sind:
Sie agieren als strategischer Business Partner für die Abteilung Global Procurement und arbeiten an Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen, Prozessverbesserungen und Wertschöpfungsinitiativen mit Abstimmung der Budgetierungs- und Forecasting-Prozesse mit den Kosteneinsparungszielen und zentralen Prognosen für die Regionen und Abteilungen der Konzernzentrale Durchführung regelmäßiger Abweichungsanalysen, um Abweichungen von den prognostizierten Ergebnissen zu ermitteln und zu korrigieren, sowie Bereitstellung von Erkenntnissen zur Verbesserung der Procurement Performance Bereitstellung wichtiger Erkenntnisse, einschließlich Branchen- und Lieferantenkapazitätsanalysen für die kurz- und langfristige Geschäftskontinuitätsplanung Erstellung und Konsolidierung von Monatsberichten und Kennzahlenberichten zur Unterstützung der Unternehmenssteuerung Teilnahme an Projekten und Erstellung von relevanten Analysen

Reporting to Central controlling, you will act as a business partner to Global Procurement to create financial transparency on procurement efforts, cost savings initiatives and supporting operational performance management.

Here are the key responsibilities of this position:
Act as a strategic business partner to the Global Procurement department, collaborating on cost-saving measures, process improvements, and value creation initiatives Align budgeting and forecasting processes with cost-saving goals and central assumptions for regions and HQ departments Conduct regular variance analysis to identify and address deviations from forecasted results, providing practical insights to improve procurement performance Provide key insights, including industry and supplier capacity analysis for short- and long-term business continuity planning Prepare and consolidate monthly reports and key figures reports to support business steering Participation in projects and preparation of relevant analyses
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Daten; sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Kompetenzen mit der Fähigkeit, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen und effektiv zusammenzuarbeiten Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in MS Excel, frühere Erfahrungen mit BI-Tools sind von Vorteil Fließende Englischkenntnisse werden erwartet (in Wort und Schrift) Frühere Erfahrungen im Controlling oder IT-Bereich sind von Vorteil Fähigkeit, sich in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld zurechtzufinden und mehrere Prioritäten und Fristen effektiv zu managen Strategisches Verständnis mit Fokus auf kontinuierliche Verbesserung und Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
Your profile
Degree in business/economics or science or similar qualification High affinity for numbers and data; very good analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively Excellent skills in MS Excel, former experience with BI tools is a plus Fluent in English is expected (written and spoken) Previous experience in Controlling or IT field is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Strategic mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving organizational objectives
