**Your mission**:

- Manage the post-sales process, including proposal handling, onboarding, and ongoing support for our valued customers.
- Ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation, guiding customers through the onboarding process effectively.
- Provide consistent support to address customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their success with our products/services.

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd level support roles, preferably in a customer-facing capacity.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment while also working independently when necessary.
- Fluent in English and German, other languages preferable
