**Deine Rolle**:
Als **Sales Director (m/w/d)** mit einer passionierten Hunter-Persönlichkeit wirst Du unser neu gegründetes Strategic New Business Team leiten. In dieser herausfordernden Rolle bist Du verantwortlich für die **Erschließung neuer Märkten und Akquise** **von Kunden in verschiedenen Branchen**.

Die Position ist unabhängig vom Standort Stuttgart und kann auch von einem anderen 3DS Standort (München, Darmstadt, Hamburg, Berlin, Köln, Düsseldorf, Karlsruhe oder Remote) ausgeführt werden. Reisebereitschaft zu unseren Kunden in der D-A-CH Region ist hierfür Grundvoraussetzung.
**Dein Verantwortungsbereich**:
- Leitung und Aufbau des Strategic New Business Teams
- Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundengewinnung
- Identifikation von Marktchancen und Trends
- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen auf allen Ebenen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis zu gewährleisten
**Deine Qualifikationen**:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Ingenieurswissenschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Du hast mind. 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Softwarelösungen im B2B-Umfeld und weißt wie Multi-Millionen Deals realisiert werden
- Fähigkeit, in einem sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten und strategisch zu denken
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Beziehungen aufzubauen und zu pflegen
- Starke Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Erfolgreiche Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Vertriebsteams ist vorteilhaft
