Revenue Operations Lead

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - EXCITING AND CHALLENGING**:
The Revenue Operations team is the youngest department at Alaiko and leverages data and processes to support the operations of Revenue teams (Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer success). The team's goal is to build an effective revenue engine, by aligning the right people with the right repeatable processes, driven by the right data, tech, and metrics. Becoming a leader of a RevOps team means becoming a strategic sparring partner to the continuous optimization for a smoother operation of the revenue engine. You aim for alignment across commercial teams, enabled by actionable analytics, and accurate data which is entered through efficient processes and lean CRM management.
- You will be a go-to person for Commercial leaders to discover the potential for improvement in our revenue performance
- You will lead a cross-functional team and enable them to improve the performance across the entire customer journey
- You will design solid blueprint processes to ensure smooth scaling of our revenue engine with company growth across international markets
- You will drive alignment across revenue teams to ensure smooth revenue engine operations
- You will empower a data-driven mindset by establishing best in class analytics
**YOUR PROFILE - DETAIL-ORIENTED, INDEPENDENT AND MOTIVATED**:
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarketingOps, CSOps, or SF management
- You have experience working with Business Intelligence tools and are capable of deriving insights from data
- Ideally you have successfully grown and managed a Revenue Operations team in a high-growth B2B environment
- You have a deep understanding of the commercial funnel and could leverage processes to drive improvements
- You have exceptional structuring and analytical skills with an ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- You are a true communication talent with very good English skills. German is a plus
