As our (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager (all genders), you'll own Revenue Operations and play a critical role in optimizing our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and operations. From managing and automating our GTM tool stack to analyzing data for revenue insights, you’ll ensure our sales, marketing, and customer success teams are empowered to succeed. Tasks- You own and manage our Go-to-Market tool stack: you optimize and automate our CRM (HubSpot) and other systems while exploring new tools.
- You analyze data and metrics to identify areas of improvement in our GTM conversions, performance, and systems, and implement changes to drive revenue growth.
- You enable the best decisions with accurate reporting and updates on sales performance and identify revenue trends.
- You design and implement scalable processes along the GTM funnel and systems to streamline operations and enhance the productivity of our customer-facing units.
- You collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop and execute effective GTM strategies and initiatives, including targeting, campaign execution, and data-driven upsells & expansions.
- You have several years of experience in GTM of a B2B SaaS Business and have developed a deep understanding of the revenue (sales) architecture and metrics for identifying improvement potentials and enabling process change.
- You have prior experience in operating with a GTM tool stack, maintaining data, setting up workflows, and ensuring proper usage among other teams; prior experience with Hubspot, Make or BI tools like Metabase is a clear plus.
- You have experience handling large data sets and feel confident in your Excel or SQL skills.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy cross-team collaboration, independent research, and project management.
- You have an open and positive mindset, stay up to date with the latest technology trends and love adopting them creatively in your daily doings.
- You’re fluent in English and German.
