**In dieser Rolle werden Sie**:

- Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, um sicherzustellen, dass die erforderliche Dokumentation vollständig ist
- Vewalten, sicherstellen und aktualisieren von Steuerformularen für die Verarbeitung von Rechnungen
- Überwachen des Finance-Posteingangs auf eingehende Rechnungen und Sicherstellung, dass alle Informationen korrekt sind, bevor sie intern weitergegeben werden
- Überwachen der Einreichung von Rechnungen zur Zahlung
- Herunterladen von bezahlten, aber nicht erhaltene Rechnungen von IRISweb & der Dienstleister-Website
- Initiierung von Eskalationen für überfällige Rechnungen, um Inkasso
- und Mahnverfahren zu vermeiden
- Bearbeitung lokaler Rechnungen
- Erstellung einer wöchentlichen und monatlichen Aufstellung für Deloitte

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**:

- Finance/Buchhaltung-Hintergrund von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem internationalen Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen, vorzugsweise im Bankwesen
- Teamplayer
- Sichere Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen der Organisation mit guter Überzeugangskraft
- Intuitiver und schneller Lerner
- Eigenmotivation mit der Fähigkeit, selbstständig in einer Teamstruktur zu arbeiten
- Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Gutes Zeitmanagement & Organisationstalent
- Grundkenntnisse in der Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung inkl. Reisekosten
- Gute Kenntnisse in gängiger IT-Software (MS Office etc.)
- Zuverlässige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

**In this role, you will**:

- Work with vendors to ensure necessary documentation is completed
- Manage, ensure and update tax forms for processing invoices with accounts payable
- Monitor finance inbox for incoming invoices and ensuring all information is accurate before internal submission
- Monitor the submission of invoices for payment
- Download invoices paid but not received from IRISweb & vendor website
- Initiate an escalation for overdue invoices to avoid debt collection and dunning action at a local court
- Process local invoices
- Create weekly & monthly paid list for Deloitte

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience in Administrative Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Financial background an advantage
- Fluency in German
- Experience of working in an international financial services business preferably within Banking
- Works well within a team
- Confident communicator at all levels in the organisation with good influencing skills
- Intuitive, fast learner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with a team structure
- Good problem-solving skill
- Good time management & organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounts receivable/accounts payables accounting including travel expenses
- Good knowledge of common IT software (MS Office etc.)
