We are looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join our team and help us expand and scale our newly created marketplace business. Reporting to the Sales Manager Germany & Marketplace, your key responsibility would be:

- Managing day-to-day operations, e.g. monitoring sales, creating forecasts and ensuring stable operations
- Providing and preparing product data to ensure the smooth launch of products, content and marketing activities
- Analysis of relevant KPI's and further derivation of measures, or identification of recommended actions
- Strategically develop business and create new opportunities with responsible marketplaces in cooperation with the Manager
- Supporting process optimization to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency
- Provide feedback from the marketplace in a professional and constructive way in order to accomplish product developments

To be successful in this role, you should have:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of the online retail landscape and marketplace management. You should also have experience working in cross-functional teams, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. You are a sympathetic and pro-active team player with a passion and preferably a background in sports. Fluent in German and English with professional MS office skills.
