**About the role**:
As a Return Specialist (all genders) at buycycle you will be responsible for handling bike related claims and returns for both, for privately and commercially sold bikes. You ensure a cost and time efficient, pragmatic handling of all customer complaints and thus contribute to an outstanding customer experience in the after-sales area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You process incoming potential returns in a time and cost-efficient manner through personal contact with our sellers and buyers.
- You cooperate with our customer support and workshop team to ensure smooth handling throughout the entire process.
- You are responsible for meeting the cross-team KPIs and for achieving your own targets through independent work.
- You contribute to improve our returns process with your own ideas and approaches, helping to make pre-sale communication clearer and more transparent, while also minimizing return rates and return costs.

**About you**:

- You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have background in return management, customer experience and / or in the bike industry is considered as a plus.
- You are passionate about sport bikes with a keen awareness of the latest trends in the biking industry.
- You have strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- You are a team player with exceptional communication skills.
- You have deep understanding of online marketplaces and / or e-commerce.
