**ABOUT THE ROLE***:
Are you a student passionate about Human Resources and eager to dive into real working experience? Join us as a Working Student in HR Operations Gain hands-on HR knowledge, collaborate with different stakeholders, and drive process improvements along the employee cycle.

As HR Operations Working Student (all genders) at BEAT81 you will be part of our People Operations Team and work closely with Sonja as your manager, Jule our Junior People Operations Manager and Marolys our Office Manager.

**Location**: Berlin (hybrid)

️ **Hours**: 20h / week

**Language requirement**: German, English

**YOU WILL BE WORKING ON**:

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support in managing the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
- Assist with payroll administration, including timesheet management, tracking attendance, and updating employee information in the payroll system. Together, we will be in charge to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Assist in the creation and further development of HR policies and procedures.
- Help maintain employee records and databases and learn how to leverage our HR Tool Personio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the HR Operations function.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- You are currently **enrolled at university**, ideally in a relevant degree program and **available for 20 hours per week**.
- You are **fluent in German **(Native or C1) and have very **good English** (B2 or higher) skills
- You **aspire to pursue a career in HR **and wish to acquire the practical foundations for it
