Der** Advanced Specialist Technical Customer Support/Project-Management (w/m/d) **für Beckman Coulter Diagnostics ist Teil des Technical Customer Support Teams in Krefeld, Deutschland und wird **vor Ort oder hybrid** tätig sein.

Sie werden Teil des Service-Innendienst-Teams und berichten an den Technical Customer Support Manager.

**In dieser Rolle haben Sie folgende Aufgaben**:

- Planung und Überwachung von Projekten im Bereich komplexer System Installationen in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Logistikpartnern.
- Angebotserstellung und Auftragsplanung bei Kundenaufträgen, die über die vertraglich vereinbarten Serviceleistungen hinausgehen
- Planung von vor Ort Einsätzen für Installationen, Wartungen und Instandsetzung der Diagnostik Systeme, in enger Abstimmung mit dem Service Außendienst Team. Sicherstellung einer effizienten Ersatzteilversorgung im Service Außendienst und managen der regionalen Ersatzteil-Notfalllager.
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung unserer Arbeitsprozesse und des Arbeitsfortschritts, um die Einhaltung unserer Service Level Agreements und Installations-Projektplanungen sicherzustellen.
- Sie optimieren kontinuierlich unsere Arbeitsprozesse und fördern einen effizienten Dialog mit unseren vielfältigen Schnittstellen.

**Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen des Jobs gehören**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium.
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung.
- Sie haben großes Talent komplexe Sachverhalte zu managen, arbeiten dabei sehr strukturiert und diszipliniert.
- Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit mit und sind es gewohnt, eigenverantwortlich zu handeln. Sie haben großes Interesse am direkten Kundenkontakt und daran, gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden komplexe Problemstellungen in einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsalltag erfolgreich zu lösen.

- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch/Englisch
