- Du unterstützt unseren CEO in allen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben, einschließlich Terminvereinbarung, -vorbereitung und -überwachung
- Du steuerst den Informationsfluss innerhalb der internationalen Organisation und erledigst die interne und externe Korrespondenz
- Du bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Bereichen, Abteilungen und Gesellschaften
- Du übernimmst die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Beiratssitzungen, internen Gremien, Workshops und Besprechungen sowie teilweise die Protokollierung
- Du organisierst Dienstreisen: von Vorabstimmungen, über Buchung bis zur Abrechnung
- Du erstellst Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Du bringst dich bei der Organisation von Events ein, an denen Du fallweise auch vor Ort teilnimmst (Reisebereitschaft sollte in diesen Fällen gegeben sein)
- Du übernimmst Sonderaufgaben und fungierst bei unterschiedlichsten Projekten als Projektassistenz

- Du hast ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichenbaren Funktion
- Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, arbeitest serviceorientiert und hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen gehören zu deinen Stärken
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behälst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
