**Join Sourcing and Indirect Digital Solutions in Airbus Defence and Space**

In order to support the center of excellence for digital business, Airbus Defence and Space in Taufkirchen, near Munich, is looking for a

**Procurement Demand & Planning Digital Project leader (d/f/m)**:
You will join the center of excellence for digital business capabilities covering the full Procurement and Supply Chain process

for all Airbus divisions/subsidiaries and suppliers.

You will integrate Click n’Buy program that is a cloud-based solution aimed at digitalizing the Source-to-Pay process

for non-flying (also called indirect) procurement across all Airbus entities.

You will have the opportunity to:

- Act in an international environment - across all Airbus divisions/subsidiaries and functions (from Production, Engineering and

Quality to Finance, Supply Chain and Political Affairs etc.)
- Shape Airbus digital transformation journey towards the working environment of tomorrow aiming at “We are ONE Airbus”
- Work on state-of-the-art digital software in a rapidly changing environment.

This role is also available with reduced weekly hours and an adapted scope of tasks.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**
- Manage digitalization projects from development to deployment and run mode Airbus wide
- Ensure the added-value interface between end-users (Procurement and other functions) and IM teams all along the project life cycle by identifying and coordinating the stakeholders transnationally and trans-divisions/companies
- Identify innovative features in the digital world likely to enhance business agility, support Airbus procurement processes and improve their performance. This will be done through the Click n’Buy platform (built on Coupa product) and in connection with SAP for indirect procurement
- Lead the team responsible for the run-mode of MySupply system at Airbus Defence and Space to prepare transition to Click n'Buy
- This role will involve travel for business once a month in Europe, potentially once per year beyond Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly

**Desired skills and qualifications**
- You are educated to a Master degree level in computer science, aeronautics or business administration
- You are very interested and curious to work with digitalization and IT topics
- You have proven experience in Procurement/ Finance/ Programme
- You have experience in Project management and / or with SAP would be a plus
- You have excellent communication skills, and experience with stakeholders’ management and coordination
- You are flexible and capable to understand quickly complex environment and derive synthetic views
- Language: English advanced level is mandatory; French or German as an intermediate level would be a plus
