In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer unseres Partners, einem marktführenden Multichannel Unternehmen, suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort Hamburg einen Head of Marketing & E-Commerce (m/w/d), um das Wachstum über alle Kanäle hinweg weiter voranzutreiben.

Unser Partner hat sich in den vergangenen 100 Jahren als renommierter Anbieter hochwertiger Inneneinrichtung etabliert. Das Unternehmen zeichnet sich durch eine Gesamtlösung für Inneneinrichtungsprojekte aus, die neben dem reinen Verkauf von Design-Produkten den Fokus auf die Beratung und anschließende Planung von individuellen Konzepten legt.

Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen E-Commerce
- und Marketingstrategie, die die Markenbekanntheit stärkt sowie das Unternehmenswachstum über alle Kanäle hinweg fördert
- Du bringst die Identifikation und Erschließung neuer Marketingkanäle voran
- Du engagierst dich in der engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um die Marketing
- und E-Commerce Konzepte nahtlos in die Gesamtunternehmensstrategie zu integrieren
- Du förderst den europaweiten Auf
- und Ausbau einer exklusiv vertriebenen Premiummarke
- Du trägst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für ein Team aus zehn Marketing
- und E-Commerce-Spezialist: innen

Qualifikation
- Du bist Expert: in in den Bereichen E-Commerce, Multi-Channel, B2C sowie B2B Marketing
- Du hast bereits einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien, die verschiedene Kanäle wie Online, Offline, Social Media, Werbung und Events integrieren, gesammelt
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams über 5 FTEs mit und zeichnest dich durch empathische und inspirierende Führungskompetenzen aus
- Du hast idealerweise Marktkenntnisse im Einrichtungsbereich und eine hohe Affinität für den hochwertigen Lifestyle/ Designbereich
- Das Entwickeln eigener innovativer Ideen und Vorantreiben dieser ist eine deiner herausragenden Eigenschaften
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem für den Job relevanten Bereich mit oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
