Wir suchen dich als Communication Planner (w/m/x) in Vollzeit oder alternativ in Teilzeit mit mindestens 32 Arbeitsstunden pro Woche.

Für unsere Unit Digital Marketing/Communication suchen wir eine*n Communication Planner mit Erfahrung in digitaler wie analoger Kampagnenstrategie und -umsetzung. Wenn du neben dem, was du eh schon kannst, Lust auf neue, spannende Themengebiete hast, wie z. B. Technologie, Automation und AI, dann suchen wir genau dich als unser neues Teammitglied

Deine Aufgaben
- In deiner neuen Rolle entwickelst du Marken
- und Kommunikationsstrategien für und mit unseren Kund*innen
- Du betreust ganzheitliche Projekte mit dem Fokus auf die Konzeption und Umsetzung erstklassiger, maßgeschneiderter Pitches und Sales Experiences in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Disziplinen, v.a. Kreation, Content, UX/UI und Business Design
- Du kümmerst dich um die sichere Analyse und Bewertung von Gesellschaftstrends, Kund*innen
- und Konsument*innen-Needs, Businesspotenzialen, Konzernleitbildern und Wettbewerbern
- Du bist verantwortlich für die strategische Grundlage zur Ideation und Comms-Planning entlang der Customer Journey zur zielgerichteten Orchestrierung von Kommunikation
- Außerdem übernimmst du die Planung, Research, Durchführung und Auswertung von qualitativen und quantitativen Methoden und Tools, um zielgruppengerechte Insights für die strategischen Deals der IBM Consulting zu generieren
- Du bist ein*e interne*r und externe*r Impulsgeber*in für Themen rund um digitale Strategien
- Du kannst sicher Präsentationen erstellen und souverän halten
- Du moderierst souverän Workshops und Fokusgruppen

- Recherche führst du faktensicher und quellenkritisch durch
