**Clinical Research Associate II** **(all genders) - befristet auf 24 Monate**

Als Clinical Research Associate nehmen Sie bei der Umsetzung globaler klinischer Prüfungen unserer Arzneimittel in Deutschland eine Schlüsselrolle ein. Neben Ihrem Organisationstalent, Ihrer offenen Persönlichkeit und Flexibilität, sind Ihre ersten Erfahrungen im Monitoring und Ihre Freude an hoher Reisetätigkeit gefragt: Innerhalb der wachsenden Abteilung „Site Management & Monitoring“ bieten sich Ihnen vielfältige Möglichkeiten.

**Ihre Möglichkeiten bei AbbVie**:

- **Monitoring**: Sie betreuen deutschlandweit eine Auswahl von Prüfzentren und führen Initiierungen, Monitoring
- und Close-out-Besuche von klinischen Prüfungen der Phasen I-IV durch. Sie sind verantwortlich für ein umfassendes und eigenständiges Management der Prüfzentren, inklusive Training und Motivation des Prüfpersonals
- **Compliance**: Sie stellen sicher, dass in Ihren Projekten sämtliche internen und externen Vorgaben eingehalten werden und die Prüfzentren jederzeit inspektionsbereit sind. Sie überwachen kontinuierlich die ordnungsgemäße Durchführung der klinischen Prüfungen gemäß ICH-GCP-Richtlinien, gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, Prüfplan und Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Dabei stellen Sie die Datenqualität und Einhaltung von Zeit
- und Zielvorgaben sicher
- **Support**:Sie unterstützen das Team bei Einreichungen von klinischen Prüfungen und bei vielfältigen administrativen Aufgaben in-House

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Master oder gleichwertiger Abschluss, idealerweise in einem gesundheitsbezogenen Studiengang (z. B. Medizin, Naturwissenschaft, Pharmazie)
- Monitoring-Erfahrung im Bereich klinischer Prüfungen der Phasen 1-4 sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Vorschriften und Standards
- Exzellentes Organisationstalent, analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgezeichnete soziale Kompetenz und Überzeugungskraft
- Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Freude an hoher Reisetätigkeit im gesamten Bundesgebiet
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
