**_Clinical Research Associate I (all genders) - 12 Monaten befristet_**
- Als Clinical Research Associate nimmst du in der klinischen Prüfung unserer Arzneimittel eine Schlüsselrolle ein: du bist für die Umsetzung globaler Studien in Deutschland verantwortlich. Neben deine mehrjährigen Monitoringkompetenz ist deine Erfahrung im Studienmanagement und dein Prozess-Know-how gefragt: Innerhalb der wachsenden Abteilung „Clinical Site Management“ bieten sich deinen vielfältige Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten._

- Mit frischen Ideen und einer großen Portion Kommunikationstalent planst du vielfältige Projekte für unsere interne und externe Unternehmenskommunikation und führst sie eigenständig zum Erfolg. _

**_Konkret bedeutet das: _**
- **_Studienmanagement:_**_ Du bist für eine Auswahl von Studien verantwortlich - von der Auswahl der Zentren über die Durchführung, bis zum Abschluss._
- **_Koordination:_**_ Du arbeitest eng mit lokalen CRA Kollegen in verschiedenen Studien-Teams zusammen und tragst durch vorausschauende Planung zum termingerechten Projektablauf bei._
- **_Monitoring:_**_ Du betreuest eine Auswahl von Prüfzentren und überwachst die Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Behörden sowie das gesamte Site-Management Ihrer lokalen CRA Kollegen. _
- **_Compliance:_**_ Du stellst sicher, dass in deinen Projekten sämtliche internen und externen Vorgaben eingehalten werden und die Prüfzentren jederzeit inspektionsbereit sind._

- _ _Master oder gleichwertiger Abschluss, idealerweise in einem gesundheitsbezogenen Studiengang (z. B. Medizin, Naturwissenschaft, Pharmazie)_
- _ _Idealerweise erste Monitoring-Erfahrung im Bereich klinischer Prüfungen der Phasen 1-4 sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Vorschriften und Standards _
- _ _Exzellentes Organisationstalent, analytisches Denkvermögen, ausgezeichnete soziale Kompetenz und Überzeugungskraft_
- _ _Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Begeisterungsfähigkeit_
