**Responsibilities**
- Management of global partnership management team to deliver on their objectives and core tasks:
- Develop new go-to-market partnerships across countries
- Improve partnership negotiation and onboarding process
- Establish partnership management framework and develop partnership performance management
- Full responsibility for building up and managing the eMobility partnership ecosystem
- Act as core interface to the related business functions Sales, UI/UX, and Deployment, Service and Operations to align targets and joint activities, facilitating knowledge exchange, and contributing to continuous improvement
- As member of the global eMob Leadership team the role is leading a global team of >10 FTEs and act as senior interface to partners and internal stakeholders
- Solve problems in a creative and innovative manner
- Provide an inspirational vision and clear purpose to the team and role-model our values
- Drive a collaborative working culture; empower and develop people
**Qualifications**
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business or a Quantitative Program
- Significant experience in the field of energy solutions or eMobility (infrastructure or solutions)
- Experience of leading and developing people, and of managing successful teams
- Strategic thinker with commercial mindset, and experience in managing cross-country operations
- Entrepreneurial and strong growth mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with desire to build strong networks across different cultures/functions and experience of managing senior stakeholders
- Ability to deal with complexity, enthusiasm to solve problems independently
