DB Schenker sucht einen neuen Head of Brand Management (*). In dieser Position bist du verantwortlich für die Verwaltung der globalen DB Schenker-Marke und Marketingprojekte. Du führst ein kleines Team von Expert:innen im Global Competence Center Brand Management und Anleitung für die Marketing
- und Kommunikationsorganisationen in den Regionen und Clustern weltweit geben, um unsere Marke in Bezug auf Positionierung und kreative Kampagnen weiterzuentwickeln. Durch deine Rolle trägst du maßgeblich zum Erfolg der globalen DB Schenker-Marke und Kampagnen bei.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich**:

- Brand Management gemäß Marketingplan: Du entwickelst unsere einzigartige Marktpositionierung weiter und definierst und implementierst kreative und inspirierende DB Schenker-Verkaufsargumente für Kampagnen.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Marketing
- und Kommunikations-Globalkompetenzzentren und Kreativagenturen entwickelst, managst und bewertest du weltweite Kampagnen, die die Kernbotschaften von DB Schenker hervorheben.
- Du installierst und entwickelst Corporate Design Manuals und definierst und implementierst einen einheitlichen Sprachstil (Tone of Voice).
- Du erstellst und stellst einen Brand Asset Pool / eine Artwork Library zur Verfügung, die in der Werbung auf allen Kanälen verwendet werden kann.
- Du definierst, entwickelst und überwachst die Persona-Strategie sowie entsprechende Botschaften, Medien und Kanalstrategien.
- Du unterstützt und überwachst die Implementierung der Corporate Identity und sorgst für "on-brand" Aktivierung für Geschäftseinheiten, vertikale Märkte und Regionen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams im Unternehmen, einschließlich Regionen und Ländern zusammen.
- Du hast einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Grafikdesign, Brand Management, Marketing oder vergleichbar.
- Du kennst dich im Marketing
- und Agenturumfeld sowie mit Brand Management und kreativen Kampagnen bestens aus.
- Du verfügst über starke Führungsqualitäten und hast bereits erfolgreich ein Team geführt.
- Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung im traditionellen und digitalen B2B-Marketingmanagement.
- Du besitzt ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der Dynamik und Instrumente der Corporate Identity für globale Unternehmen.
- Strategisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken gehören zu deinen Stärken.
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit digitalen Marketingtools und Analysen mit kommerziellem Fokus.
- Deine zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten sind ausgezeichnet, du kannst dich in interdisziplinäre Teams einfinden und andere motivieren.
- Du sprichst fließend englisch und idealerweise auch deutsch.
