Global IT&D Land & Digital Solutions develops new customer-centric digital products and business models jointly with internal business units. We develop and transfer the global digital strategy into day-to-day business decisions and business development activities. We support the implementation of new digital products and provide expertise and solutions for a unified online marketing strategy and webpages. On a methodological level, we develop and implement a standardized approach for digital transformation projects across all business units.

To further strengthen our fast-growing Global IT&D Land & Digital Solutions team, we search a highly motivated Head of Demand & Portfolio Management who takes responsibility for performing the department’s financial demand & portfolio management with a financial focus.

Your responsibilities:

- Financial planning and budget assignment, including coordination of various budget components assigned for different regions and clusters
- Ensuring the budgets of GILDS’ cost centers and executions are on track
- Ensuring that the product teams are effectively managing their budgets and costs
- Facilitating GILDS’ compliance with IT&D financial requirements
- Coordinating the budget forecasts and planning with the Head of GILDS and the GILDS’ Tribe Leads and Product Owners
- Prepare and organize budget resolution requests and management
- Perform invoice handling and allocate them correctly after review
- Monitoring costs and budget of GILDS and proactively resolving issues
- Monitoring and tracking licenses for shared software products used within the department
- Providing accurate reporting of the budget and costs to the Head of GILDS
- Plan, allocate, and organize resources according to the resource needs
- Management of internal and external resources
- Support the hiring process according to department requirements and align with the HR department
- Prepare on
- and offboarding of employees
- Defining and governing standard processes, guidelines, and templates in the area of GILDS’ products

Your profile:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
- Experience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation
- Understanding of business and IT processes
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-initiative, detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Fluent Business English (written and spoken)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Visio, etc.)
