Payments & Account Management Officer (M/F/d)

**Responsibilities**:
**Main responsibilities**
- Primary contact point for the client in case of payment execution related questions
- Follow up on payment related questions with Paris central teams and Sales Managers
- Handle manual payments incl. signature verification and call-back
- Handle transactions in the Authorization Watch / no account cover or account blocked
- Handle of garnishment orders
- Handle of Sanctions & Embargo alerts
- Management of entries in related systems (BANCS, PDMS), such as account openings and closings, charge and interest’s implementation and maintenance, etc., together with the European Middle Office in Poland
- SEPA direct debit mandate management
- Provide needed information to perform the quarterly Permanent Supervision and ensure the correction of possible findings

**Profile required**:
**Experience and technical skills**
- University degree in Finance / Business administration or equivalent
- Knowledge of German and international Payments & Cash Management
- Existing experience of working in a comparable department in a bank
- Client oriented attitude (internally and externally)
- Profound MS Office skills
- Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is of advantage
- High level of commitment and responsibility
- Structured and result-oriented working approach
