Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

Primary contact point for the client in case of payment execution related questions Follow up on payment related questions with Paris central teams and Sales Managers Handle manual payments incl. signature verification and call-back Handle transactions in the Authorization Watch / no account cover or account blocked Handle of garnishment orders Handle of Sanctions & Embargo alerts Management of entries in related systems (BANCS, PDMS), such as account openings and closings, charge and interest’s implementation and maintenance, etc., together with the European Middle Office in Poland SEPA direct debit mandate management Handlings of intraday limits - proactive e-mail to the team responsible for the limit renewal, set-up of limits in related systems, BANCS, PDMS, as well as appropriate margin Provide needed information to perform the quarterly Permanent Supervision and ensure the correction of possible findings

Profile required

Experience and technical skills

University degree in Finance / Business administration or equivalent Knowledge of German and international Payments & Cash Management Existing experience of working in a comparable department in a bank Client oriented attitude (internally and externally) Profound MS Office skills Fluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is of advantage High level of commitment and responsibility Structured and result-oriented working approach
