**Zu Ihren zukünftigen Aufgaben gehören**:

- General office administrative tasks, complex diary management, handle office administrative duties (telephone, time management, meeting/event admin, memo)
- Prepare relevant logistic for the team (travel, expenses, post, doc distribution)
- Ensure resolution of any Plateau Logistics & Facility Management related topics (e.g. coordination
- Meeting Rooms, set-up of Meeting Rooms, site visitor support, access management, office moves, office refurbishment)
- Purchase Order and Supply Management
- Collecting information for decision making and cascading information
- IT focal point for newcomer management
- Support in planning and organization of events and workshops

**Wir wünschen uns**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Kaufmann / -frau für Bürokommunikation, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Sekretariat / Assistenz
- Good Experience in driving efficient office policy is required, understanding of Airbus DS portfolio is a plus
- The focus is on team assistance not on personal assistance
- Team worker with international openness (experience in transversal and transnational teams)
- Innovative and disruptive mind-set able to challenge the traditional ways of working
- Excellent communications skills
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch

- Tool-Kenntnisse: MS-Office, SAP, administrative tools
